Good Girl "success" was suffocating me from the inside out.

Even though now I wake up feeling peaceful and looking forward to my day, having slow mornings to be out in the sun before anything else - 10 years ago, my reality was very different. I felt trapped in a life that looked successful on the outside, but was suffocating me from the inside out.

You see, I was a “Good Girl”. I followed the traditional success path expected of me - you know…I went to a top private University, had a 6-figure career in Washington, DC, bought my own house on a golf course, and got married. I was published in Ebony magazine as a Young Leader Under 30 and received continual promotions to the point of “Deputy Director”, but I hit a glass ceiling, along with burnout and loss of hope for happiness.

I began to wonder if I was crazy because I was chasing dreams that weren’t mine and I didn’t even know what would make ME happy.

But I made a commitment to myself and invested in myself like my life depended on it, because nothing else mattered as much.

You deserve joy, fulfillment and inner harmony.

I broke up with that career and the Patriarchal ideas of success on Emancipation Day 2016 - stepping onto a soul-led path. I started embracing and embodying the wonders of being a woman, of truly enjoying this body and living in the mystery. I went on a global, spiritual journey immersing in modalities to unlearn the conditioning that led me to that low point.

This is why I am so passionate about guiding women who feel overwhelmed by the soul-sucking 'Good Girl' paradigm and disconnected from what they truly desire. After guiding over 500 leaders to break through personal and professional barriers, I created the Empowered Alignment Framework so that you, too, can finally feel harmony within and pursue your deep soul desires.
